Personal Training

  • You and your trainer will determine long-term and short-term objectives and develop a program to help you achieve success.

  • Working with a personal trainer can help you make the most of your time and workout.  Knowing which exercises to do, how to do them and when to do them can make your workout more enjoyable and provide results more quickly.

Shelly Greenfield
ACE - Certified Personal Trainer
Experience
Shelly received her Bachelor's Degree from Iowa State University and is certified as a Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise.  Along with individual and partner training, Shelly has experience as a weight loss fitness consultant, teaching women's strength training classes, and abdominal and back training classes
Mission
Shelly's mission is to provide education on proper exercise techniques and programs that will create success for each individual client.  She focuses on efficient workouts that will help achieve measurable results.  Her desire is to provide motivation and information to make each client independent and successful.
Strengths
Shelly's strengths include beginner and advanced strength training for women, core stability training, and providing motivation and goal setting for each client.
